AM I ELIGIBLE?

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must live in the greater Sandy Valley School District area.  Please contact us at 330-866-2005 if you have questions about where you live.  

2. Eligibility for our Food Pantry services are set by the USDA using family size and household income.  Please refer the chart below for your family size to see if you qualify

3. The first time you come to the pantry you will need to bring a picture ID and proof of address (such as a current bill).

4. We verify proof of address on an annual basis

5. Each time you come to the pantry you will need to show your picture ID
