HOW TO DONATE

Helping Hands exists totally on donations and support from the Stark County Hunger Task Force. Many community individuals, churches and organizations donate to HHN on a regular basis.  

We take very seriously the funds entrusted to us.  We strive to be EXCELLENT stewards of all financial resources and welcome your questions about our decisions and records, which are open for your review at any time.

PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE HELPING HANDS NETWORK.

Donations of non-perishable food items are accepted during regular business hours.  

NOTE: Most of our food inventory is purchased through the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank.  Through careful shopping we are able to provide a generous 5-7 day supply of food for all families, twice per month.  Our goal is to always make your kind donations go as far as possible.  

Over the years, many organizatons have held food drives for us, which we greatly appreciate.  If your organization is interested in doing a food drive, please contact us prior to so that appropriate arrangements can be made!
